Thibault Taillardat

Thibault Taillardat currently serves as the Methods Manager in the Industrialisation department at ROLEX since October 2023. Prior to this role, Thibault spent a decade at Meggitt, where titles included Value Stream Manager, Manufacturing Operations Manager, Production Unit Leader, Industrialisation & Methods Engineer, Production Support Engineer, Sensor Mechanical Development Engineer, and Engineer Trainee. Thibault's responsibilities encompassed designing electronics enclosures for harsh environments, integrating speed measuring systems on aircraft wheels, and overseeing various mechanical design aspects including vibrations, thermal management, and material selection. Thibault holds a Master’s degree from Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile, awarded in 2013.
