Yadira Preciado

Yadira Preciado is the current Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at ROLEX. Yadira has over 27 years of experience in finance and accounting.

Preciado began their career in 1993 as a senior accountant at Grupo Bimbo. After seven years with the company, they transitioned to AOL as their finance manager in 2000. Preciado spent five years at AOL before moving to BMW Group Mexico in 2005 as their head of finance.

In 2010, Preciado was promoted to head of controlling and finance at BMW Financial Services. Four years later, they left BMW to join Swatch Group as their CFO and Co-Managing Director. Preciado served in this role for six years before taking their current position at ROLEX in 2020.

Preciado has played a key role in developing, monitoring, and evaluating overall corporate strategy for both Swatch Group and ROLEX. Yadira is known for their focus on bottom line performance, working capital, and enhancing shareholder value. Preciado is a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing useful financial insight and operational analytics.

Yadira Preciado has an EMBA from IPADE Business School and a Digital Futures:Are you Ready? Programme from London Business School. Yadira also has a Corporate Finance, Accounting & Tax degree from Instituto Politécnico Nacional.
