Jeffrey Urbanik is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Corporate Engineering Manager at Roller Die + Forming since August 2006, Urbanik has successfully achieved a 95% on-time and under-budget product launch rate across multiple industries, significantly reducing labor costs. Previously, as Program Manager and Tooling Engineer at Shape Corp. from August 2002 to August 2006, Urbanik managed and trained diverse teams while fostering company growth.
