Ashvinder Fagura

Ashvinder Fagura has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Operating Officer at ROLLER, where they have been working since 2020. Prior to this, Ashvinder served as a Board Member at ROLLER from October 2020 to January 2023.

Before joining ROLLER, Ashvinder worked at Databricks, starting in 2020. Ashvinder held the roles of Vice President of Field Engineering and CS Operations & Strategy, from September 2021 to January 2023, and Vice President of CS Operations & Strategy, from July 2020 to August 2021.

From 2015 to 2020, Ashvinder worked as the Chief Operating Officer at CM Group. Under their leadership, the company experienced significant growth, with Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) increasing from $50 million to $200 million in four years. Ashvinder was responsible for implementing and managing a global inbound lead process, resulting in $3 million in monthly pipeline and a rapid initial response time for sales development representatives.

Prior to CM Group, Ashvinder worked at salesforce.com as the Director of Product Pricing & Strategy from July 2011 to January 2015. Ashvinder'srole involved developing and implementing pricing strategies, analyzing customer behaviors and product trends, and providing strategic deal support during contract negotiations.

Ashvinder began their career at Cisco Systems, where they worked in finance roles. Ashvinder was a Finance Manager from August 2010 to July 2011 and had previously worked as a Finance MBA Intern in 2009.

Before joining Cisco Systems, Ashvinder worked as a Senior Risk Analyst at SVB Financial Group from February 2007 to June 2008 and as a Senior Consultant at Protiviti from October 2004 to February 2007.

Ashvinder Fagura began their education by completing a Bachelor of Science degree in Managerial Economics and Journalism from the University of California, Davis from 2000 to 2004. Ashvinder then pursued further education at the UCLA Anderson School of Management, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance, Strategy, Venture Capital, and Entrepreneurial Studies from 2008 to 2010.
