Esma Özkaya

Esma Özkaya has a work experience that spans several companies and roles. Esma began their career at G Teknoloji in 2014, where they worked as an Executive Assistant until January 2019. In January 2019, they joined AdColony as an Administrative Assistant and worked there until October 2019. In October 2019, they joined Rollic as a Leadership Assistant and later transitioned to the role of Manager - Administrative Affairs. Their most recent role at Rollic is Head of People Operations, a position they have held since June 2022.

Esma Özkaya attended Ankara University, where they studied Çağdaş Yunan Dili Edebiyatı (Modern Greek Language and Literature). Esma then enrolled at Anadolu University, focusing on International Relations and Affairs. Prior to their university studies, Esma Özkaya completed their secondary education at Göztepe İhsan Kurşunoğlu High School. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Örgütsel Davranış Eğitim Programı (Organizational Behavior Training Program) from Istanbul Institute in January 2022. Esma Özkaya also completed the YTU İnsan Kaynakları Yönetimi Uzmanlığı Sertifika Programı (YTU Human Resources Management Expertise Certification Program) at Istanbul Institute in December 2015. Additionally, they obtained the Microsoft Excel 2016 Temel (Microsoft Excel 2016 Basic) certification from Bilge Adam in May 2019.
