James Victor

James Victor currently serves as the Director of Radiology at Rolling Plains Memorial Hospital since April 2025 and has held the position of Radiology Consulting & Radiation Safety Officer at Executive Medicine of Texas since February 2005, where involvement in the original project to provide radiology services emerged, alongside responsibilities for research and equipment licensing. Prior experience includes over two decades as Director of Radiology at Healthcare Associates of Texas, from February 1995 to August 2024, where a focus on medical imaging and supervisory skills developed. James Victor holds an Associate's degree in Radiology from Amarillo College, completed in August 1994, along with various additional skills acquired throughout professional career.
