Betsey Shutts has been instrumental in providing technical support at Rollins College since August 2013, progressing from Lead Student Worker to Technical Support Specialist, then to Senior Technical Support Specialist, and currently serving as Help Desk Operations Administrator. Prior to this role, Betsey gained experience as a Behavior Technician at Behavior Associates of Central Florida from May 2015 to February 2016. Betsey holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Rollins College, which was earned between 2012 and 2016.
