Clay Starrett has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. Clay began their career in 2005 as a Ballpark Operations Runner for the Cleveland Indians. In 2008, they joined Rollins College as an Athletics Operations Coordinator, where they assisted in various operational tasks. Clay then progressed to become the Associate Director for Athletic Communications from 2013-2015, where they focused on improving technology and communication strategies for various sports teams. In 2015-2016, they served as the Interim Director for Athletic Communications, overseeing Rollins' sports promotion and communication efforts. From 2016 to 2021, Clay was the Director for Athletic Operations, responsible for planning and managing all game day events for Rollins Athletics. In June 2021, they were promoted to Assistant Athletic Director of Operations, overseeing multiple sports and the office of Athletic Communications.
Clay Starrett graduated from Rollins College in 2008, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Mathematics.
