Katie Alonso

Katie Alonso currently serves as the Associate Director of the Office of International Student & Scholar Services at Rollins College, where responsibilities include compliance with immigration regulations and managing international student records within SEVIS. Previous roles at Rollins College encompass Assistant Director and Study Abroad Coordinator, focusing on student advisement and event coordination. Concurrently, Katie has been active with Hello! Destination Management and Mears since November 2011, coordinating events and providing transportation services. Experience also includes serving as an Assistant Language Teacher in Japan through the JET program and interning at the U.S. Department of State. Katie Alonso holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Rollins College and dual Bachelor's degrees in Economics and International Studies from the University of South Florida.
