Matt Hawks

Matt Hawks has over three decades of experience in human resources and risk management, currently serving as the Assistant Vice President for HR and Risk Management at Rollins College since November 1996. In this role, Matt is responsible for planning and leading HR, payroll, contract, and risk management functions, while providing strategic consultation to senior leadership and departments. Prior positions include Interim HR Director/Sr. HR Generalist at the University of Michigan-Dearborn, Compensation Analyst at Eastern Michigan University, and Sr. HR Representative/Talent Acquisition at the University of Michigan. Matt holds a Master of Arts in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration, both from Michigan State University.
