Michael Kazazis has held various roles throughout their career. Michael began as a Systems Manager at Cantor Fitzgerald Securities in 1989. Michael then worked as a Vice President of Technology at Thomson Reuters from 1993 to 2000, where they helped drive acquisitions and the growth of an HR technology consulting firm. Kazazis co-founded Censeo Corporation in 2000 and served as its VP of Operations and Finance until 2011 when Mercer acquired the company. At Mercer, they played a crucial role in integrating Censeo's operations into the larger company. After leaving Mercer, Kazazis served as the Chief Financial Officer at Kustom US and later as the VP of Finance and Controller at Personal Mini Storage. Since 2015, they have been working at Rollins College, first as the Director of Business Development and Partner Relations and currently as the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Integration.
Michael Kazazis has an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College in the Executive MBA program. Michael also holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Hofstra University.
