William Grimm is a Professor of Practice in Entrepreneurial Finance and Negotiation at Rollins College Crummer Graduate School of Business since September 2009, where the focus is on teaching MBA students about negotiation and the financial challenges of entrepreneurial companies. Prior to this role, William Grimm served as a Partner at GrayRobinson, P.A. from January 1996 to September 2009, providing general counsel to high-tech firms in capital raising and public offerings. Additional experience includes serving as VP of Corporate Finance at Russ & Co. and Chief Financial Officer during the startup phase for Datapoint. William Grimm began a notable career in the U.S. Navy as Supply Officer on the USS Strong from January 1962 to September 1965, participating in significant historical events such as the Cuban Missile Crisis. Educational qualifications include a JD from Stetson University College of Law, an MBA in Economics and Marketing from the University of Florida, and a BSME in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University.
