Tracy Jones

Tracy Jones, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and organizational development. Currently serving as Senior Division Human Resources Manager at Rollins, Inc. since December 2021, Tracy has previously held key HR leadership roles, including Human Resources Manager at OPC Pest Services, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations and full life-cycle staffing for a mid-sized organization. Additional experience includes HR Manager/Director of Operations at Core Recoveries, Department Manager of Default Prevention at Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corporation, Risk Control and Compliance Manager at Citi, and various managerial positions at Sears Holdings Corporation.
