Evie Sams has significant experience in the IT field, currently serving as an IT Assistant at Rollo Insurance Group since January 2017. In this role, Evie Sams specializes in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to insurance industry services, as well as managing user onboarding and offboarding. Prior experience includes working as a Computer HelpDesk Technician at Tarleton State University from February 2015 to May 2016, where responsibilities included troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues while communicating with faculty and students. Evie Sams holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Tarleton State University, obtained in 2016, and graduated from Normangee High School in 2013.
