Josh Fitzgerald

Josh Fitzgerald (CEng) has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Josh is currently working as the Lead Systems Engineer - Modularisation at Rolls-Royce SMR since November 2021. Prior to this, they had a long tenure at Rolls-Royce starting from September 2011 as a Mechanical Design Engineer - Nuclear Services, where they worked until November 2021. Josh also worked as a Mechanical Design Engineer at BROOKS INSPECTION SOLUTIONS LIMITED from September 2011 to July 2012. Josh's earlier work experiences include roles as a Vacation Student at QinetiQ in 2010, 2009, and 2008, as well as a Year in Industry Student at QinetiQ from October 2006 to September 2007.

Josh Fitzgerald (CEng) attended The King's School Worcester from 1996 to 2006, where they studied Maths, Physics, Art, and Geography. Josh then went on to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering (MEng) at The University of Sheffield from 2007 to 2011. In 2018, Josh obtained the certification of Chartered Engineer from the Engineering Council.
