Adrian Waddington

Adrian Waddington is an experienced engineering leader specializing in product design and manufacturing, currently serving as Engineering Team Lead at Rolls-Royce since May 2015, where responsibilities include managing Capability Acquisition and Productivity Improvement Projects.
