Ann Bolcavage

Ann Bolcavage is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in coatings and materials engineering, serving as an Engineering Fellow at Rolls-Royce since January 2015 and previously holding the position of Associate Fellow in Materials - Coatings. Bolcavage has a strong leadership background as Chief of Materials - Capability Acquisition at Rolls-Royce Corporation and as Manager of Materials - Surface Engineering at Rolls-Royce plc. Participation in ASM International as a Board of Trustees member further reflects Bolcavage's commitment to the field. With earlier roles including Sr. Engineering Specialist at Rolls-Royce Corporation and Research Associate/R&D Manager at Praxair Surface Technologies, Bolcavage has built a solid foundation in engineering, culminating in a Ph.D. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a B.S. in Materials Engineering from Lehigh University.
