Antonio Garcia Salvador

Antonio Garcia Salvador is currently the Programme Lead for the Transformation Team in Business Development & Future Programmes at Rolls-Royce, where responsibilities include transforming operational methodologies to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of capabilities to diverse national and international clients. Prior experience includes roles as an Aerospace Engineering Intern with the Spanish Air Force, engaged in technical documentation and structural repair, and participation in a sales and maintenance internship at a family-owned olive oil mill, which enhanced problem-solving skills. Antonio has also contributed as a summer camp monitor, responsible for a group of children. Educational qualifications include degrees in Aerospace Engineering with a focus on Power Systems from RWTH Aachen University and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, along with relevant courses in Finite Element Method at Delft University of Technology and entrepreneurial skills at King's College London.
