Dharam Devgun

Dharam Devgun is a Manufacturing Engineering Team Lead at Rolls-Royce, currently engaged in a graduate scheme to further develop engineering and project management skills. They have held various roles, including Process Manufacturing Engineering Team Leader at both the Turbine Blade and Precision Casting Facilities, overseeing teams and driving zero defect initiatives. Prior experience includes positions as an IT Assistant at Quartzelec Limited, an Electrical Wiring Technician at WAGO Limited, and a Laboratory Technician at Morgan Advanced Materials. Dharam earned a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, graduating with First Class Honours.
