Jenna Willis-Shaw

Jenna Willis-Shaw has extensive experience in commercial leadership within the aerospace industry, currently serving as the Vice President for Customer Relations in Europe at Rolls-Royce since September 2012. In previous roles at Rolls-Royce, Jenna held positions including Vice President of Commercial - Sales and Contracting and Commercial Manager, focusing on negotiating new business arrangements across a diverse range of products and services. Prior experience includes roles at Center Parcs as a Commercial Officer and at the British American Business Council Northern California as a Business Associate and Transatlantic Conference Coordinator. Jenna began their career as a Sales and Marketing Administrator at Atlantis International. Academically, Jenna holds a BSc (Hons) in International Business from the University of Birmingham, completed in 2012.
