Karimullah Bagwan

Karimullah Bagwan is an experienced engineer currently serving as Cluster Lead for XWB 97 FRACAS at Rolls-Royce since September 2022, where responsibility includes leading cost-saving initiatives and overseeing the development and experimental engineering of Trent XWB-97 sub-systems. Previously, Karimullah held positions as a Development Engineer focused on FRACAS for Trent 1000/7000 engines and the Trent Civil Large aircraft engine series. Additionally, Karimullah is involved with ALTEN on failure reporting and corrective actions for the Trent XWB-97. Early experience includes internships at Air India Limited, Grandiana Universal Pvt. Ltd., and MEB Industries, focusing on quality control, business development, and manufacturing engineering, respectively. Karimullah is pursuing a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Purdue University, having completed a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering.
