Martynas Sidlauskas

Martynas Sidlauskas is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and strategic buying. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Buyer at Rolls-Royce since October 2025, Martynas previously held positions as a Supply Chain Manager at Vistry Group from November 2022 to September 2025, and at Countryside from April 2021 to November 2022. Martynas began a career in procurement as a Buyer at TopHat from August 2017 to March 2021, followed by a role as an Operational Procurement Co-ordinator at Walgreens Boots Alliance from February 2016 to July 2017, and as a Buyer at Cosy Direct from July 2014 to February 2016.
