Matthew Foster

Matthew Foster is an experienced manufacturing engineering professional with a robust career spanning over three decades in the aerospace and automotive industries. Currently serving as a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Specialist and Commodity Lead for Structural Castings at Rolls-Royce since 2013, Matthew has held various critical roles including Chief of Manufacturing Engineering for Castings & Specialized Components, where responsibility extended to the global manufacturing engineering community. Prior positions include Manufacturing Engineering Manager for Transmissions, Structures & Drives at Rolls-Royce, Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager at Wyman-Gordon Ltd, and Quality Manager at UEF Aerospace. Matthew's educational background includes an MSc in Operations Excellence from Cranfield University and a degree from Sheffield Hallam University.
