Nolan Willoughby

Nolan Willoughby, MBA, serves as the Global Category Manager at Rolls-Royce since May 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Allison Transmission, where responsibilities included supervising a global supply chain team and managing capital equipment negotiations as an Indirect Commodity Manager. Nolan also worked at John Deere as a Material Coordinator, ensuring the timely flow of materials for production, and as a Strategic Sourcing Intern, focusing on supplier cost reductions. Additional internships at Fulton Corporation and Northland Church provided experience in lean manufacturing principles and youth program organization. Nolan holds an MBA in Project Management from the University of Southern Indiana and a BS in Management Information Systems from Taylor University.
