Stuart Latham-Butler

Stuart Latham-Butler MBA has extensive experience in the engineering and business improvement sectors, currently serving as the Culture Engagement and Development Lead at Rolls-Royce since March 2014, where additional roles include Improvement Programme Lead, Process Improvement Specialist, and Supplier Development Leader. Prior to this, Stuart worked at Chemring Defence from November 2004 to February 2014 as a Business Improvement Engineer. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Derby, completed between January 2018 and July 2021, as well as a Foundation Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the same institution.
