Thomas Axe

Thomas Axe is a results-driven aerospace leader with over a decade of experience in operational excellence and technology strategy. They began their career at Rolls-Royce, where they held various positions, culminating in their role as Manufacturing Executive, leading the Ansty Manufacturing Facility and Bristol Composite Technology Facility. Their extensive experience includes transforming manufacturing processes, optimizing product costs, and implementing quality improvement programs. Thomas earned a Master of Engineering in Aerospace and Aerothermal Engineering from the University of Cambridge, along with a Master of Arts in Engineering.
