Tom Hills

Tom Hills is a highly skilled bilingual communicator and proven leader with extensive experience in management, systems integration, and business development within the defense sector. They currently serve as the VP of Customer Business for Fixed Wing Defense at Rolls-Royce Corporation, a position they have held since 2020. Previously, they held various leadership roles in the U.S. Navy and have contributed to significant programs in aerospace, including a tenure as the Commander of Training Air Wing 2 and as the Southern Command Branch Chief at the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Tom holds a Master’s degree in National Security Strategy from the National War College.
