Pradip Pawar is a seasoned pharmaceutical professional with over 5 years of experience in technology transfer, troubleshooting, process and plant safety, production operations, and process planning of active pharmaceutical ingredients. Pradip currently serves as an Executive Manager at Rolta India Limited and as a Process Technology Specialist in the Flavours Business at Givaudan, both since June 2018. Previous roles include Pilot Plant Engineering III at Perrigo Company plc, Management Staff and Pilot Plant Team Leader at Cipla Ltd., and Senior Process Engineer at Sandoz, along with a brief tenure as Senior Executive Production at Macleods Pharmaceuticals Ltd.
