Currently serving as a Business/Startup Mentor at ROM Utrecht Region and the Founder & Program Director at Port of Utrecht, Frank focuses on enhancing Utrecht's quality of life through sustainable water transport infrastructure. As a Member of the Advisory Board at De Fietskoerier Utrecht and Lead for ForChiefs NL, Frank promotes future-proof organizational cultures. Frank has a solid background as a Mobility Expert and Venture Builder through Being Frank, with nearly a decade of experience collaborating with various mobility entities.
