Keltoum Titsuit

Keltoum Titsuit is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in human resources spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an HR-medewerkster at ROM Utrecht Region since February 2022, Keltoum has previously held similar roles at Intratuin IJsselstein B.V. from 2017 to 2022, and at De Rading Jeugd & Opvoedhulp in 2016.
