Deborah Chaplain

Deborah Chaplain is an experienced professional in the finance sector, currently serving as the Head of Collections & Services at Roma Finance since June 2020. In this role, Deborah oversees collection operations within a lender celebrated for its borrower-first approach and diverse funding lines. Prior to this, Deborah held the position of Consultant at Future Finance from August 2019 to January 2020, where responsibilities included strategy development and operational management of the collections team. Deborah's extensive experience also includes nearly three decades at Together, where Deborah was the Head of Collections, directing strategic initiatives and ensuring effective operations in both commercial and personal finance, while prioritizing customer experience and compliance.
