Samantha Williamson

Samantha Williamson has over 25 years of work experience in the finance industry. Samantha began their career in 1995 as a Regional Commercial Lending Manager at Northern Rock. In 2004, they joined Banco Santander as a Commercial Lending Manager, where they specialized in Commercial Mortgages and Business Banking. In 2011, they moved to Oakhurst Finance Limited as a Finance Broker, where they specialized in childrens day nurseries and the care/healthcare sector. In 2013, they joined Barclays Personal & Corporate Banking as a Senior Real Estate Manager in the North West. In 2015, they joined Positive Commercial Finance as a Business Development Manager. In 2017, they joined Assetz Capital as a Relationship Director and Goldcrest Finance as a Business Development Manager. Finally, in 2018, they joined Roma Finance as a Development Finance and Bridging Finance Specialist and Senior Underwriter.

Samantha Williamson has a comprehensive education history. Samantha obtained a Post Graduate Diploma with Distinction from De Montfort University in 1994, followed by a 2:1 BA Hons in Law and Accountancy from the same university in 1993. In 2013, they attended The London Institute of Banking & Finance for Barclays Credit Skills Development - Advanced Commercial Lending and Commercial Lending, and also obtained a CertBB&C in Certificate in Business Banking and Conduct and a CeMAP in Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice. In 2014, they completed a Level 4 in Advanced Property Development from UKDLP Ltd. In 2020, they obtained Diplomas in Team Leadership & Motivation, Coaching and Mentoring for Business Success, and Marketing and PR for Small Businesses from Centre of Excellence. Samantha is currently completing a Body Language Diploma from Centre of Excellence and obtained a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Nutritional Studies from The Nutrition School in 2016. Samantha is also scheduled to obtain a Diploma in Public Speaking from Centre of Excellence in 2021 and a 3 day training course in Property Developers Secrets from Whitebox Property Solutions in 2022.
