Dr. Christopher Bott

Dr. Christopher Bott currently serves as the Associate Superintendent of Schools for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Albany, New York, a position held since August 2018. Prior to this role, Dr. Bott was the Principal at Central Catholic High School in Troy, NY, from July 2006 to June 2018, and held the same position at St. James Parish School from 2004 to 2006. Earlier experience includes serving as a Social Studies Teacher at Holy Cross High School from 1998 to 2004. Dr. Bott earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Policy and Leadership from the University at Albany between 2009 and 2017, holds a Master's Degree in Education from St. John's University, and has a Bachelor's degree from Fordham University, completed in 1996.
