Ron Lowenberg is a seasoned professional in law enforcement and education, currently serving as the Manager of Internal Investigations & Review for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange since August 2020. Lowenberg has been a consultant and expert witness in the Criminal Justice System since January 2002. An instructor with CSULB/PMW Associates since 1988, Lowenberg specializes in POST Management Courses, management consulting, and teambuilding. Prior to their current role, Lowenberg held several leadership positions, including Dean of the Criminal Justice Training Center at Golden West College and multiple interim police chief roles in various cities, including Placentia and Pomona. Lowenberg was also a commissioner with the California State Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training for over 25 years. Educational credentials include a BA in Political Science from California State University, Long Beach, and completion of POST Command College.
