David Southworth

David Southworth is an experienced professional with over 35 years of expertise in improving productivity within mid-size manufacturing, sourcing, and distribution sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Pontifical Mission Societies and Director of Faith Formation at St. Stanislaus Basilica for the Roman Catholic Diocese of Springfield since July 2023, Southworth previously led Southworth Consulting Group as Principal from March 2015 to May 2022. Earlier roles include Vistage Group Chair at Vistage Worldwide, Inc., where Southworth facilitated peer group sessions for executives, and President at Southworth Company, a role held until retirement in February 2015 after 36 years of service. Southworth holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University.
