Jeffrey Kerr

Jeffrey Kerr is a seasoned professional in staff development and support services, currently serving as the Staff Development Manager at Arc of Onondaga since December 2014, overseeing training operations for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities. Previous roles include Staff Development Coordinator and Direct Support Professional in the same agency, as well as a Mentor at Advocates Incorporated, where support was provided to young men with disabilities. Additionally, Jeffrey has experience as a Recruiter/Relationship Manager for the American Cancer Society and held various positions ranging from Environmental Services at Central Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center to academic roles such as Student Ambassador at SUNY Potsdam Admissions. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Music in Music Education and Music Performance from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
