Alejandra Garcia Rojas M.

Alejandra Garcia Rojas M. is a highly experienced data architect with a strong background in semantic web technologies and data engineering. Currently serving at Romande Energie since June 2020, Alejandra previously held positions at EPFL as a Semantic Web Specialist contributing to the Blue Brain Project, and at Kudelski Security as a Senior Data Engineer, where notable projects included developing a semantic document search engine and enhancing cybersecurity threat analysis. Alejandra's expertise extends to consultancy roles with the Inter-American Development Bank and innovation contributions at MISC LTD and Nagravision. With a Doctorate in Computer Sciences from EPFL and a Master's in Computer Graphics, Alejandra also has a rich history in project management and machine learning applications from various leading organizations, including Ontos and Smallrivers.
