Stéphanie Mielnik

Stéphanie Mielnik, CFA, is a sustainable finance specialist at Romande Energie since March 2024, previously serving as the Director of Research at the Anthropocene Fixed Income Institute from September 2021 to February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Strategic Product Manager and Vice President at Northern Trust Asset Management, Senior Multi-Asset Structurer at TFS Structured Products, and Vice President in Equity Structuring/Sales at Natixis. Stéphanie's early career featured positions as a Quantitative Analyst in Equities at Natixis, an SAP Logistics Consultant at Sopra Group, and a volunteer educator in the Philippines. Stéphanie participated as an expedition member in the Himalayan Mountaineering Expedition in 2017, achieving first ascents of five unclimbed summits. Stéphanie holds a postgraduate degree in Financial Engineering from SKEMA Business School and a Master's in Computer Software Engineering from HEI - Hautes Etudes d'Ingénieur.
