Dragos Cabat

Dragos Cabat is a Romanian-Canadian business advisor and entrepreneur. Dragos is the managing partner of RisCo Business Intelligence, a leading business intelligence website in Romania that provides financial, payments, and legal information about more than 600,000 companies. Dragos has over 14 years of experience in the business intelligence field.

Prior to their work with RisCo, Dragos was a board member for the CFA Institute for 12 years. Dragos also served as the vice president and programs chair for CFA Romania. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the educational programs offered by the CFA Institute. Dragos also served as the president of CFA Romania.

Dragos also has experience working in the banking industry. Dragos worked as the deputy country risk manager for Citibank, where they were in charge of assessing and approving the introduction of retail products offered by the bank in Romania. Dragos also served as the risk director for OTP Bank Romania S.A. for 2 years and 6 months. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the risk management strategy for the bank.

Dragos Cabat has a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) charter from the CFA Institute and an MBA from the Romanian-Canadian MBA program. Dragos has experience in investments and securities and finance.
