Andres Munoz

Andres Munoz is an accomplished litigation partner and counsel at Romano Law PLLC since November 2020, with a specialized focus on commercial and intellectual property litigation, white collar defense, employment law, corporate governance, and advertising law. As the founder and owner of Sidebar Coffee Roasters since March 2019, Munoz combines legal acumen with entrepreneurial experience. Prior to current roles, Munoz served at BakerHostetler LLP as an attorney, at the Queens County District Attorney's Office as an assistant district attorney handling complex criminal cases, and at Fitzpatrick, Cella, Harper & Scinto as a patent litigation associate involved in Hatch-Waxman litigation. Education includes a Juris Doctor from New York Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University.
