As a seasoned professional with more than 20 years of Home Improvement experience, Aaron is known for driving growth, maximizing operational excellence, and delivering financial performance. Before joining Romanoff as VP of Operations in 2004, Aaron acted as VP of Strategic Business Development at The Home Depot where he played an important role in the growth and financial performance of the company.
