Eric Fitz, P.E. has extensive experience in environmental engineering and compliance management. Currently serving as the Engineering and Environmental Compliance Manager at Rombauer Vineyards since July 2019, Eric previously worked as an Environmental Engineer for Treasury Wine Estates from January 2015 to July 2019, where responsibilities included ensuring environmental compliance and developing management systems for wineries, bottling centers, and vineyards. Earlier roles included providing consulting services at TRC Companies, Inc. from April 2008 to January 2015, focusing on air permitting and hazardous materials management, and working as a Research Scientist at AIRMAP, a NOAA and University of New Hampshire cooperative, from June 2006 to February 2008, concentrating on atmospheric chemistry. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of New Hampshire, earned between 2003 and 2007.
