Sarah Knutson

Sarah Knutson has worked in the biotechnology industry for over 12 years. Sarah began their career in 2008 as a Postdoctoral Fellow at Novartis. In 2009, they moved to Epizyme and held two roles, Senior Scientist, Biological Sciences and Scientist, Biological Sciences. In 2015, they joined Syros Pharmaceuticals as a Principal Scientist. In 2017, they were hired by Nimbus Therapeutics as an Associate Director, Discovery Biology. Two years later, in 2019, they moved to Twentyeight-Seven Therapeutics as a Director, Preclinical Biology. Most recently, in 2021, they joined ROME Therapeutics as a Senior Director, Early Discovery.

Sarah Knutson obtained their PhD in Biochemistry from Vanderbilt University between 2003 and 2008. Sarah received their BS in Molecular Genetics and Criminology from The Ohio State University between 1999 and 2003.
