Earlier roles in human resources include positions at Ecolab and CPI Plastics Group, alongside foundational experience as an HR Coordinator and Administrator. Educational credentials include a degree in Human Resources Management from Sheridan College and Humber College, complemented by CHRL and CHRP designations from HRPA.
