Lola Servert

Lola Servert is an accomplished professional in talent and leadership development, currently serving as the Chief Talent & Leadership Development Officer at Romeu since September 2021. Prior to this role, Lola was the COO of MERCURI URVAL SPAIN from September 1998 to August 2021 and worked as an Account Manager at VESTAS MEDITERRANEAN, ING REAL ESTATE, and OBM. Lola holds an ICF Certification in Executive Coaching from Escuela Europea de Coaching (2006-2007), an MBA from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business (1989-1991), and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid (1980-1986).
