Mikael R.

Mikael R. has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Mikael is currently employed as a Managing Consultant at Ineen Oy since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Business Development (EMEA) at Romify starting in February 2023.

From December 2022, Mikael R. also worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kinetive Oy. Previously, they held the position of CEO, Partner at Softico Oy from October 2020 until December 2022. Softico specializes in systems integration services and consultancy.

Before that, Mikael R. worked at Operaria Oy as a Headhunter and Senior Consultant from September 2017 to August 2020. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of Sweden at Talent Base Group from January 2015 to August 2017. Mikael also held the role of Senior Consultant at the same company from January 2012 to August 2017.

Additionally, Mikael R. has experience as a Board Member, Marketing and Sales, Software Planning, and Development Coordinator of NeomedIT Medita web-based and mobile pharmaceutical data analysis tool at NeomedIT Oy. Mikael served in this role from January 2002 to December 2016. Before that, they were the Marketing Director and a Board Member at the same company from May 2002 to October 2012.

Mikael R. obtained their M.Sc degree in Information Technology, Marketing, and Administration from the Hanken School of Economics, where they studied from 1995 to 2002. In addition, they obtained a certification in Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org in January 2014.
