Helmut Jacob

Helmut Jacob is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems architecture and software engineering. Currently serving as a Systems Architect at Rommelag Unternehmensgruppe since August 2017, Helmut has previously held significant roles including Technical Director and Senior Technical Architect at Riverbed Technology and Ocedo. Helmut contributed to the Linux Kernel and OpenWrt projects as an Open Source Contributor, showcasing a commitment to open-source development. Helmut's career began at Artschwager & Kohl Software GmbH and includes pivotal positions at SUSE, Sophos, and Astaro, demonstrating a strong foundation in software engineering.
