Previously, Manuel held positions including Head of Quality Management at Ronal Iberica, overseeing quality management across two manufacturing plants and leading a team of over 80 personnel. Other roles include Group Quality Project Manager and Quality Engineer at Ronal Iberica, along with experience as Deputy of Production and Group Quality Manager at Financiera Maderera S.A. (FINSA). Manuel holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and a Master's in Health and Safety Executive from the Universidad de Zaragoza.
