Mark Hippenmeyer

Mark Hippenmeyer has a diverse work experience. Mark worked at RONAL GROUP starting in 2013, where they held the positions of General Counsel and Head of Risk Management Committee. Mark was responsible for the group's legal and compliance function and also led the legal and compliance team. Mark was a member of the extended management board. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2013, they worked at ALTENBURGER LTD legal + tax as an Attorney at Law, specializing in corporate and commercial law, contract law, M&A, and corporate finance. Mark held several board memberships during this time. From 2002 to 2008, they were a Senior Legal Counsel (Legal Structured Transactions) at UBS, where they provided legal advice for structured finance transactions. Mark started their career in 1999 at the District Court of Uster as a Senior Law Clerk and Member of the Conciliation Authority in Tenancy Law, before moving on to other roles.

Mark Hippenmeyer completed their Master's degree in Law from UNSW in 2006-2007. Mark pursued their further education in the field of Law at the University of St.Gallen from 1993-1998, where they also obtained a Master's degree. In 2002, Mark achieved admission to the bar at the Court of Appeals of the Canton of Zurich.
