David Gargaro

David Gargaro has a diverse work experience, having held multiple roles in different companies. David started their career in 1989 as the CEO and Founder of Red Nails II, a business specializing in retail sales of comic books, sports cards, collectibles, and clothing. David successfully grew the business from a startup to having two store locations over a span of 10 years.

In 1998, David joined Ronald A. Chisholm as the Director of Finance/Chisholm Chairman Accountant. In this role, they were responsible for financial reporting, risk management, and currency exposures. David also played an advisory role to the CFO, CEO, and Board Chairman. During their tenure, they implemented the Infinium accounting system and developed Chisholm's commodity trading strategy.

In 2004, David was promoted to the position of CFO at Ronald A. Chisholm. In this role, they led the finance and accounting function of the company, overseeing various aspects such as finance and business operations, budgeting, planning, tax compliance, risk management, and HR and IT functions. David collaborated with the CEO to develop and execute Chisholm's growth strategy, which resulted in a significant increase in annual revenue from $400M to $1.5B through organic growth and global joint ventures.
